Devanshi is a Legal Fellow who will support EFF's litigation efforts to defend civil rights and civil liberties in a digital world. While in law school, she interned with The Legal Aid Society's Digital Forensics Unit and the San Francisco Public Defender's Office. She also participated in the Cyberlaw Clinic and Criminal Justice Appellate Clinic, where she worked on issues of free speech, data privacy, and cruel and unusual punishment. Devanshi obtained an ScB in Computer Science from Brown University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
